Sales Representative
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overall understanding of INSIZIUM's activities;

Identify, qualify and quantify potential and/or existing opportunities and customers that
represent a chance to increase business by generating sales and profit margin;
- Ability to be self-reliant in the search of business leads and opportunities;

Grow the business- consistently add new customers, identify specific sale opportunities within
customers and/or targets and determine which opportunities we should pursue;
- Ability to close deals in an autonomous way;
- Cultivate and maintain customer relationships and key affiliations for the purpose of sales;

Lead negotiations with customer team executives to determine requirements and/or specifications
that shape the deal;
- Develop, lead, and direct the execution of product sales;

Perform effective presentations and oral proposal activities, negotiate, and close the sale
directly with the buyer;
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with partners and customers.

- Ability to collaborate with customers and strong desire to exceed expectations;
- Proven pro-active team player;
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize;

- Excellent presentation skills;
- Ability to create your own presentations and customer strategy documents;
- Ability to react and respond quickly.
- Ability to generate new business leads;
- Ability to travel.
