With this Project the intention is to produce, by means of controlled costs, a group of modular buildings of a contemporary and avant-garde design.

In other words: efficient, sustainable and environmentally friendly prefabricated buildings which may even, if considered convenient, not require a license from the municipal authorities. Sold in CKD form and can be constructed by the buyer.

This concept allows for a rapid and dependable construction and uses best quality materials with greater efficiency.

THE BUILDINGS CAN HAVE

Various configurations:

• Single houses, semi-detached or terraced.

Different finishes:

• Metallic, stone, wood, glass, composites, fibreglass, reinforced concrete, etc.

Principal characteristics of the buildings:

• Modular, enabling assembly and dismantling on the site designated by the client, and therefore allowing them to benefit from the convenience; manufactured without using cement delivered in short time;
• prefabricated (mass produced in series); sold in CKD form and assembled by specialist companies or by the end-user; easy to implement and assemble;
• priced in accordance with the configuration required;
• connected to biological cesspits or main sewers;
